*We usually count on 10 pieces per person, per hour for hor d’oeuvre parties, and 5 pieces per person per hour for parties where dinner is being served*

Stations is one of the most elegant ways to host a party, that allows the guests & hosts to mingle freely during the entire course of the party. Different stations are positioned throughout the room(s) you have reserved. It is recommended to combine the stations with some hot & cold hors d’oeuvres & a carving station. Also see “packages” section for pre-selected package plans. Stations are only available to parties of 30 people, or more. You must choose at least 4 stations. All stations are left out for 2 continuous hours.
Pasta Station
Pasta sauteed to order, with various “add ins” such as garlic, mushrooms, capers, roasted red peppers, olives, asiago cheese, chicken, baby shrimp, artichoke hearts. Served with a choice of sauces.

Caesar Salad Station
Fresh romaine, served alongside homemade Caesar dressing, anchovies, croutons, lemon, & shaved asiago.
